To build a great nation, the people and government of that nation must be committed to the course.
It's not a day's journey. It's not a dash, it's a marathon, so they must have endurance and the stamina required. The people must learn to be selfless, hardworking and promote the spirit of brotherliness.
They must have the big picture of the ideal society they want in mind, and they must take intentional steps on a daily basis, in their respective corners.
The overall effect of the small steps would be such that will result in the picture of the nation they have in mind.
